W. Todd Bowling, President and CEO

Todd is an 18-year veteran in the storage industry. He comes to Solutions-II, Inc. from EMC Corporation, which he joined in 1987 and fast tracked into management due to his leadership and selling abilities. During his tenure at EMC, Todd held key management positions ultimately responsible for one of the largest domestic and international sales geographies, including the Rocky Mountain States, the Pacific North West, and Western Canada, until his move to Solutions-II, Inc. in 1993.

Responsible for the strategic direction of Solutions-II, Inc. and overall management, Todd has a proven track record in corporate management, including sales, finance, and operations. Todd has chartered the company to remain focused in the core competencies of storage and server consolidation, business continuance and professional services.

Todd is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO and holds a BS in Business Management. Additionally, he supports and participates in the ROY Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis and supporting local cystic fibrosis patients and their families.

David W. Stone, Vice President, Business Development

Over the past 22 years, Mr. Stone's expertise in the information industry has focused primarily on the design, sales and marketing of complex storage products. In addition to consistently gaining nationwide recognition for his selling success and technical abilities, Mr. Stone's experience includes success in converting dissatisfied clients to satisfied, repeat customers. Previous to founding Solutions-II, Inc., David held sales, sales management and marketing positions with: EMC, Memorex Telex, NBI, Philips Corporation and Xerox Corporation.

During his tenure at Solutions-II, Inc., Mr. Stone has performed numerous roles including assisting build the World Class professional services organization that exists today. His current role is to increase the value of Solutions-II, Inc. through the development of processes and procedures which allow the company to expand its geographic and product coverage throughout the Western United States. He is active in strengthening the relationship with Major Accounts and IBM Executives to ensure that the Solutions-II, Inc. business model continues to support our customer requirement to reduce costs and risks associated with movement towards an OnDemand infrastructure.

Mic Welling, Lead Solutions Architect

Mic has 17 years in the Information Technology industry with a diverse background in Open Systems. In his last position, Mic managed a staff of 35, across three states and three data centers. Mic was responsible for all Open Systems technologies, including: Unix servers, Databases, Microsoft servers, Novell administration, Enterprise Networking and Project Management. Mic helped transition the company from a highly centralized computing environment to a centrally controlled and geographically dispersed Open Systems environment.

Mic has also designed, developed and implemented complex networks ranging from 10-2000 users utilizing IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Sun as well as, Windows NT, Win2K and Novell.

Prior to his position as IT Manager Mic held several positions including database administrator responsible for developing, testing, implementing databases from Oracle, Sybase, IBM and Microsoft across IBM, Sun, Hewlett Packard, Intel platforms supporting hundreds of concurrent users.

Currently responsible for technical architecture support of Solutions-II, Inc. and pre-sales support to sales, Mic uses his experience to assist customers in designing, acquiring and implementing solutions that provide business value to their organization.

Scott Neher, Controller

Scott joined Solutions-II, Inc. in August of 1999. He has an extensive financial background, as he has held positions in accounting, decision support, and auditing departments. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Non-Active CPA License.

 

Tony Testolini, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

As a sales, marketing, and management executive, Tony has over 17 years of domestic and international experience building, managing, and directing high-performance sales organizations in the information industry. He has extensive experience in channel selection and development, licensing and pricing strategies, and strategic account and customer relationship management. As part of the executive team for a global software company, he successfully built a worldwide sales and technical sales organization that increased revenue over 35% per year for 5 years.

With a particular interest in consultative selling and process management, Tony believes a successful sales team works in partnership with their clients to deliver the business impact of technology. Prior to joining Solutions-II, Tony held sales and/or management positions at NCR, Epson America, EMC and Landmark Graphics Corporation. Tony graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado State University with a BS in Finance.
