We specialize in requirements discovery, business and technical design and deployment utilizing best practices to respond with speed and accuracy. The execution skills of our staff resulted in Solutions II receiving the IBM Excellence Award for our partnership with IBM Services during 2005. We continue to strive for 100% customer satisfaction and in 2007, 2006 and 2005 achieved a 97% rating (independent rating) which was up from 95% in 2004 and 92% in 2003. Our customer satisfaction is due in large part to our investment in the creation of World Class Documentation for each of our projects.
