Sales Operations Representative

The Sales Operations Rep is responsible for all sales, operational and administrative functions needed to successfully perform the responsibilities of the Sales Operations Rep for Solutions II and its’ customers. The Sales Operations Rep is responsible for the development and successful roll-out of an approved “performance plan” that ensures that the goals and objectives of the corporation are at the forefront of all decisions.  The Sales Operations Rep is a key employee of the corporation and a proven professional with a consistent record of accomplishment in sales attainment resulting in the furthering of the company’s goals and objectives. The Sales Operations Rep is a team leader with access to company confidential information and trade secrets. The Sales Operations Rep has a passion towards exceeding goals and furthering corporate and individual goals and objectives.

Sales Operations Representative Role:

  • Attain and exceed expected levels of quarterly and yearly assigned goals
  • Demonstrate proficiency in core products, solutions and services
  • Work with Account Executives to discover maintenance consolidation and renewal opportunities
  • Be efficient at entering orders into the accounting system while paying attention to detail
  • Function as a liaison of the company
  • Assist, manage, and track registrations for the sales team
  • Maintain all required certifications
  • Create and maintain a Territory Plan
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contracting and quotation systems.
  • Attend weekly coordination meetings
  • Set a positive example for the Solutions II team and offer support where possible
  • Build and manage ongoing, long-term customer relationships
  • Sell “solutions” that benefit the end-user and support their business goals as well as the goals of Solutions II
  • Sell Profitably
  • Assist the Assistant Controller with general office duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

2+ years of experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Skills and Expectations

The Sales Operations Representative position reports to the Sr. Executive Administrator & Sr. Director of Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting the sales activities within the territory. The Sales Operations Representative will be assigned to a practice area team Quota and the team is expected to exceed those goals on a quarterly basis. This will include administrative functions and collaboration with other account executives to improve the efficiency of the operation as well as client-facing activities.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft CRM
  • Some travel may be required
